40 Pounds Live Crawfish
5 Pounds Red Potatoes, Cut in Half
5 Pounds Yellow Onions, Cut in Half
10 Lemons, Cut in Half
5 Whole Garlic
2 Boxes Salt
4 Bags Crab Boil
1 (8 Ounce) Bottle of Cayenne Pepper
1 (12 Ounce) Bottle of Liquid Crab Boil
Half a Crawfish Pot of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all this in the pot bring to boil. Let boil for exactly 10 minutes. Then add crawfish, bring back to boil. Boil exactly 6 minutes turn off. Let soak for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove crawfish from pot, put on table, open beer and eat till your belly hurts.

Feeds approximately 8 people or 3 coonasses. Remember to rinse crawfish before boiling.
