1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 (20 oz.) cans of pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 6 Tbsp. of the juice
1 c. ritz cracker crumbs
8Tbps. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Grease casserole dish

Stir together sugar and flour. Stir in cheese. Add pineapple and stir until combined. Pour into casserole dish.

In another bowl combine cracker crumbs, melted butter and pineapple juice. Spread on top of the pineapple mixture.

Bake 25-30 minutes
