Cut peppers open and remove all the seeds. Stuff with cream cheese and wrap with bacon (cut slice in half if it to long) and broil for 8 minutes,turning as needed.

I got this recipe from working at Kevins farmstead, where the patrons like to tell you what they are doing with the produce they are buying. We had this for supper on what became known in our house as "no meat Monday" because that is the day I worked at the farmstand and would get home after the boys.
