2 lbs. ground beef
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 large onion - chopped fine
2 eggs
1 cup oats
10 crackers - crumbled
1 tsp. black pepper - salt & Lowery seasoned salt
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup ketchup - for top

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork, add seasoning & tomato sauce, and pour over meat. Add oats and crackers. Mix well. Shape into loaf and press lightly. Put on pan lined with foil. Make a collar of foil to help hold into loaf form. Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes. Remove the foil collar and coat the top with ketchup. Return to oven and bake about 40 minutes more or until meat thermometer reaches 160.
