1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 teas. sugar
pinch of salt
2-3 apples, sliced
butter
brown sugar & cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the milk, flour, eggs, sugar and salt. Set aside. Fry the apples in a butter. In a glass pie plate, butter bottom of plate and up the sides. Pour the apple mixture in, then the batter over the apples. Bake in a 500 degree oven until batter rises and starts to brown (about 10 minutes). Dot or spread with butter and sprinkle thickley with the brown sugar & cinnamon. Put back in the oven to melt or brown.
