1 lb. cod fish
6-8 medium potatoes, pealed
Bananas
olive oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cod fish and peeled potatoes together in big pan for 20 minutes.

Drain water and serve cod fish and potatoes on plates.
Flake the fish and mash the potatoes together. Salt to taste and drizzle olive oil over top. Cut up a banana and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
In Bermuda we used to buy salted cod and it had to be soaked overnight. In the morning drain the water and add fresh water and the potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Mmmm - smelled so good and tasted so yummy.
