1 pkg. - 12 oz. velveeta shells and cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco bell home originals taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. salsa
1/2 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare velveeta shells and cheese as on package.

While pasta is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to the meat. Simmer 5 minutes.

Stir sour cream into shells and cheese. Spoon half of the mixture into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of the meat mixture, half of the cheese and the remaining shells and cheese. Cover.

Bake for 15 minutes; top with salsa, remaining cheese and the crushed tortilla chips. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
