4 lbs. corned beef
2 cups of marinade
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup flour
1 large onion - cut in wedges
6 carrots - cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 celery ribs - cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 2 cups marinade from the corned beef recipe. Rinse brisket, pat dry, and dredge in flour. In large oven proof pan, brown meat on all sides. Add onions, carrots and celery. Marinade. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat and vegetables to serving dish. Strain liquid. Serve juice as is or mix 2 tbsp. flour with 2 tbsp. water for every cup of juice. Stir slowly into juice and boil until thick.
