1 lb. round or chuck steak 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 cup onion - chopped 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 cup water sour cream
Cut the steak 1/4 inch thick and then into bite size pieces - cook the meat and onions until brown in oil. Add soup (do not dilute), water & paprika. Simmer on low heat until meat is tender. Serve with sour cream.
