2 baking potatoes
2 T. butter, melted
2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits
green onions, chopped
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato into wedges lengthwise. Cut out pulp and use for something else. Place skins on plate and microwave, uncovered, for 8 - 10 min. or until tender. Combine butter, rosemary, salt and pepper; brush onto potato skins. Broil or grill, uncovered for 4 - 6 min. Top with cheese; cook 2 -3 more min. until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon and onion. Serve with sour cream.
