4 strips of bacon
1 large onion - chopped
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 tbsp. parsley
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup cooked meat - (chicken -turkey or ham)
2 - 1 lb. each pork and beans

Directions:
Directions:
Partially fry bacon and take from skillet. Brown onions. Add garlic, parsley, 1 cup liquid and ketchup. Simmer 2 minutes. Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place bacon on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't let it get to dry.

This is good without the meat. Instead of wine you can use 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup lemon juice mixed together.
