20 mushrooms, wash and remove stems, chop mushroom stems
4 artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 c Vidalia onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 shot glass of red wine
1/4 c bread crumbs (your favorite)
garlic to taste
1 can of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Place mushroom stems, artichoke hearts and Vidalia onion in frying pan with olive oil and red wine. Simmer until fully cooked. Stir in bread crumb and garlic. Stuff mushroom caps and place in casserole dish; pour in 1 can of chicken broth. Place in oven uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Makes approximately 20 stuffed mushrooms.
