Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Can cream of mushroom soup (or other cream soup of choice)
1/2 c chopped white onion
1 1/3 c white Minute Rice, uncooked
3/4 c melted butter
1 jar Cheeze Wiz or Velveeta
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, it will be pretty sticky. Remember, the rice is supposed to be uncooked; it will cook in the oven. Transfer the mix into a covered casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour or until it is gets a little darker/possibly crispy on top. Let sit for approximately 10 minutes after taking out of oven. It will be hot!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sounds gross but the name comes from the broccoli. It doesn't really turn green. Double the recipe for a great pot luck or family gathering dish.
