1/2 c shortening
1-1/2 c applesauce
2 c flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in slow oven. Roll raisins in flour before adding to other ingredients. The cake is better after being kept a week.
