1 c. sour cream
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped red pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and salad dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended. Add spinach, cheese and red pepper; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Spread on Ritz crackers.

For Christmas appetizer spread each Ritz cracker with spinach spread in circular pattern to resemble a wreath. Decorate with additional red pepper pieces to resemble bows.
