1 can shoe peg corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 tbsp. lime juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
