6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 (8 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
2 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. garlic salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4" thick. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, flour, dressing mix, oregano and garlic salt. Dip chicken in eggs and dredge in crumb mix. Cook in hot oil over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
