1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 t. ground cumin
1 1/2 t. ground coriander
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 t. dried crushed red pepper
1 t. grated fresh ginger
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a dish. Add chicken, chill 30 minutes. Cook in hot oil, over high heat for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low, turn and cook 10 minutes.
