4 lbs. Sirloin Tip or Round Roast of Beef
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Basil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
3 fresh Green Peppers, cut in large pieces
2 c. Water
1 Can Beef Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef roast, seasonings, green peppers and water in a large sauce pot. Bake at 350 for 3 hours or at 250 for 4-5 hours. Cool. Slice roast thinly and place back in the liquid in pot. Add the canned beef gravy. Heat for 30 minutes and serve hot on French-type rolls.
