Go to local orchard and pick apples.
6-7 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 2 9" pie crust.
Place cut apples in a bowl. Fold in sugar and flour. Pour into bottom pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place pats of butter on apples before placing top crust. Place top crust onto pie. Make several slits in top crust to vent during cooking.
