1 can condensed soup (onion-chicken-mushroom or cheese)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 cups raw potatoes - thinly sliced
1 small onion - thinly sliced
1 tbsp. margarine
Black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup (do not dilute), milk, parsley, and pepper to taste in a greased oblong 1 1/2 quart pan. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Uncover and bake 15 minutes. It may take longer to bake depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
