2-4 lbs. Spareribs
1/2 c. Onions, chopped
1/2 c. Water
2-3 T. Vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
2 T. Brown Sugar
1 c. Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spareribs into pieces for serving, place in roaster pan and cover. Bake in a very hot oven for 15-20 minutes; then reduce heat to 350. In sauce pan, saute onions in 1 T. fat until brown. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove cover from meat and pour sauce over ribs and bake at least 1 hour, basting with pan liquid frequently.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ribs are good on the grill, but in the wintertime, this is a good substitute and the house smells so good while cooking. The longer the ribs bake, the more tender they will be!
