3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tins or use liners. In a large bowl, using a fork, mix all dry ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, stir in blueberries, milk and oil. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Spoon batter into muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Test doneness by insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, it they are done. Serve warm. YUMMY!
