2 T. Oil
1/4 c. Onion, chopped
1/4 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1 lb. Hamburger
1 qt. Tomatoes
8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Basil,
2 tsp. Sugar
1 clove Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper and hamburger in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 minutes or more, covered. Uncover and simmer 20 minutes more. Can be thickened with a little cornstarch and water mixture if it is too thin, depending on tomatoes. Serve over spaghetti.

I think this is the best spaghetti sauce recipe. The spices are just right. And it's so easy to make!
