3 Lbs Beef, either chuck or round, cut into bite sized pieces
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cups Burgundy wine
2 small cans of mushrooms
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Combine all of the above on a covered casserole and bake at 350 for 3 hours.

Serve over noodles or rice. Add a lettuce salad for a nice meal.
