6 baked potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. crumbled cooked bacon
3 c. sour cream
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes, cool. Fry bacon, cool. Mix salt, pepper, and bacon into sour cream. Cut potatoes into 1 1/2" pieces, leaving peelings on. Put half the potatoes in bottom of greased 9x13" pan. Pour half of sour cream-bacon mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle half of each cheese over sour cream. Repeat. Bake for 40 min. at 350, uncovered.
