1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups Grape Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl on high 2 minutes or just until mixture boils, stirring every minute. Add cereal; mix to coat well.

Press firmly into 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam. Cool and cut into bars.

These are high energy & good for hiking. We call them "Brick" because they are sturdy and have frozen solid when we are skiing or snowshoeing!
