10 eggs
5 pats of butter
5 teaspoons of milk
2 cups cheese, grated
1 cup ham, chopped
1 cup bacon, crumbled
diced onion
diced green pepper
1 cup tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) add a pat of butter and 1 teaspoon of milk
Squeeze the sealed bag to mix..
Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, bacon, onion, green pepper, tomato, etc.
Each person adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and sqeeze to mix..
Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place the bags into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 5 omelettes in a large pot.
Open the bags and the omelette will roll out easily.
