1 lb. bacon, diced, fried and drained
1 can small English peas, drained
1 bag shredded lettuce
3-4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread lettuce on bottom of 9x13 glass pan, top with onion, carrots, eggs, peas, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Seal with a layer of mayonnaise and top with generous layer of cheese. Cover with foil and keep refrigerated.
