1 1/2 tbsp. margarine
5 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork just enough to mix whites and yolk. Melt butter in skillet and pour eggs in hot skillet. Set over hot burner. Loosen around edges and work set part with a fork toward center. When set on bottom but still soft on top, fold over. Let cook for a moment to set any egg that runs out. Turn onto warm plate.
