1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic
8 oz. of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Italian dry bread crumbs
parsley to taste
1 egg
salt and pepper
jumbo shells cooked
2 jars spaghetti sause
1/2 c. of Parmesean cheese

Fry the meat and add onion and garlic. Cool the meat and stir in the cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg. Season to taste.

Stuff the cooked jumbo shells with the mixture. The shells should be seperated after cooking and cooled to make them easier to handle.

Pour some spaghetti sauce to lightly cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place stuffed shells on top of sauce. Cover with sauce and cheese.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
