8 potatoes - cooked and mashed
Add the following to the mashed potatoes:
1 8 oz cube cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and petter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash the potatoes
Add ingredients as listed

Put in a baking dish

Cover with a stick of melted butter
Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes
