Tilapia filets
2 c. Corn tortilla chips crunched up
eggs for dipping
dry seasons: 1/2 tbsp. dry lime, 1 tsp cilantro, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp jalapeno
1/4 c. lime juice
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lime juice with eggs

Mix dry seasons in with crushed corn tortilla chips.

Dip tilapia fillets into the egg and lime juice mixture. And then dip into the chip and seasoning mixture.

Melt 1 tbsp of butter and a tsp of chile powder into a skillet. Pan sear the fish for about 3 minutes on each side. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes at 425.
