Boneless pork chops

Flour
Butter
Brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour some flour in a bowl and dip the pork chops in to coat a light dusting of flour on each side. This is intended to be dry.

Place 3-4 in a skillet and pan sear the flour coated chops until they are light brown. Needs just a few minutes on each side. Add oil to the skillet as needed.

Remove from skillet and place on a baking sheet or dish.

Cover each chop with a spoon full of brown sugar. and a slice of butter. Bake for about 30 minutes at 375. Switch to a broil for a few minutes at the end if you like.

I made this one up. Honestly, I cook it differently everytime. How long I bake and for what temp is not consistent. Seems to be great regardless.
