Ingredients:  
1 c. self rising corn meal
1/4 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. 2 % milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together until no longer lumpy.

Pour mixture into a greased square pan. Works best if you melt Crisco or butter in the pan. And then pour in mixture when hot and melted.

Bake at 425 for 25 minutes

Turn pan over onto plate to remove from pan.
