topping: 1/2 c. sugar with a tsp of cinnamon

mixture:
3/4 c, flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 1/3 tsp of softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
place sliced apples in square baking dish (could also use apple pie filling)

sprinkle cinnamon and sugar topping over apples

In a seperate bowl mix with a fork:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 1/3 tsp of softened butter

Pour mixture over top.

Bake in oven at 400 for 40 - 45 minutes

This is really sweet...right from the South. Serves well with vanilla bean ice cream.
