1 Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed
3 Eggs, Beaten
6 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 Teaspoon Salt
Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients and mix. Bake uncovered in 2-quart casserole for 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
