1 Pound Dried White Beans
2 Cups Chopped Ham Pieces
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers
5 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
Season Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans in a large pot. Fill pot of beans with water halfway. Bring beans to boil until beans are soft. Drain water from beans, then add ham pieces, onions, bell peppers. Add season salt, black pepper and parsley to taste. Add 5 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
