1 (8 Ounce) Packsage of Cream Cheese, (Cubed)
1 Stick + 2 Tablespoons Margarine
2 Pounds Crawfish Tails
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers
1 Can Cream of Mushroom (or Shrimp) Soup
1-2 Cups Cooked Rice
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper
1-2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1 Cup Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Soften 1 stick of butter and cream cheese and combine until smooth. In sauce pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine and sautÚ onionsand bell pepper until onions are soft and clear. Add the crawfish, mushroom soup and cooked rice. Stir in garlic powder and pepper. Add the cream cheese mixture, then top with cheese and fried onions. Bake at 350║ for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Shrimp may be substituted for the crawfish.
