1 lb lean ground beef
1 minced onion
2 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3T. Ketchup
2 scallions sliced
4 toasted hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix beef, onion, mustard, salt and pepper. In a small bowl mix cheese, ketchup and scallions. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and flatten into patties. Divide cheese mixture onto 4 beef patties and spread to within 1/2 inch of edge. Wet edge and press other 4 patties on top. Cook over high heat on grill or in skillet 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve with your favorite fixings on toasted buns.
