1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. blackberries
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c.plus 1 T. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth. Combine 1 3/4 c. flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture until just combined. Toss blackberries with remaining flour until coated. Fold into batter. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 425 for 20-25 min. Serve with honey.
