10 medium jalapeño peppers 4 oz. cream cheese 10 bacon strips, halved
Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane. Stuff each with cream cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on greased broiler pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
