1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 T. chopped green pepper 1 c. ketchup 1/2 c. chili sauce 1 T. brown sugar 1 T. cider vinegar 2 tsp. ground mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 - 8 hamburger buns
Brown hamburger, onion, celery, and green pepper until hamburger is brown and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
