Directions:
Beat eggs, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in oil, pumpkin and water. Sift flour with soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend into liquid mixture; beat well. Turn into 3 greased loaf pans (8 ½ x 4 ½ inches). Bake at 350 degree, about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Turn out; cool completely. This may be served plain or sliced in thirds lengthwise and each layer spread with this mixture; which makes enough for 2 loaves; Cream together 8 ounces package of creamed cheese ¼ cup lemon juice, and ½ cup confectioners’ sugar.
