Press your favorite sugar cookie dough into lightly greased Pizza pan to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake at temperature on cookie recipe. Cool.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
Beat together and spread over cool crust. Place desired fruit on cookie crust. Suggested fruit: mardain oranges, pineapple, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries cut in slices or chunks. Banana and apples change colors.

Glaze
In saucepan, combine 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and ¼ teaspoon of salt and 1 cup orange juice. Boil 1 minute. Cool 5 minutes and pour over fruit. Serve.

Dee made the dough into large sugar cookies using 18/8 scoop, flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Cook as you would cookies, then cover with cream cheese mixture, fruit and glaze. They made beautiful individual treats.
