1 tube refrigerator sugar cookie dough
˝ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 package cream cheese
1 teaspoon grated orange
˝ teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups sliced strawberries
3 kiwis peeled sliced (1 cup)
˝ cup blueberries
˝ cup raspberries
2 tablespoon apricot jelly
2 tablespoon apple juice

Directions:

Preheat oven 350°.
Grease 12” pizza pan with cooking spray. Press dough into pan. Bake until golden 12-15 minutes. Cool completely on rack. Reserve 1 tablespoon sugar, beat cream cheese, zest, vanilla and remaining sugar until smooth with mixer at medium speed. Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit over mixture. In microwave bowl stir together jelly and juice, microwave on high for 10 seconds intervals until melted. Brush over fruit. Sprinkle with reserved sugar.
You may substitute 1 1/3 cup canned cream cheese frosting.
