3/4 c. vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can small green peas (drained)
1 can white shoe peg corn (drained)
1 2 oz. jar diced pimentos (drained)
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool completely. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, toss lightly. Pour marinate over the cooked ingredients, stir gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps well in refrigerator.
