1 box Swiss chocolate flavored cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Icing :
1- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1- 12 oz. prepared whipped topping
1/2 c. chopped nuts
milk chocolate or dark chocolate bar (may be grated for topping)

Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into 3- 9 inch cake pans lined with waxed paper. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.

Mix all ingredients (except chocolate). Spread on layers, tops and sides of cake. May grate the chocolate bar for decoration, if desired.
