1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, mashed up
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs

Icing:
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 (3oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Empty box of cake mix into bowl; add oil and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and can of oranges; mix. Pour into well-greased and floured cake pans (I use 3). Bake until done.

Icing: Pitch ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spread between layers, tops and sides.
