2-1/2 c sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c sugar
1 egg
3/4 c nuts
1/2 c milk
1 c cooked pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients together. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Continue beating and add the egg and nuts. Add in 1/3 of the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in milk and remaining dry ingredients. Add the pumpkin and mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 to 350 for 50-60 min.
